Customer devices should be pre-registered by ioAire prior to installation. If not, please contact [email protected] and we'll take care of it for you.
ioAire Warranty Terms
ioAire hardware has a standard warranty of 1 year. The warranty begins once the product is registered internally, which is typically after the contract is signed, the invoice is paid, and the installation is ready to go.
ioAire provides the opportunity for customers to add on an extended warranty for all hardware products. This is an optional add-on of a 3 to 5 year extended warranty. If a unit covered under the extended warranty plan fails within this period, ioAire will provide a similar new or refurbished replacement product.
How to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Initiate the RMA via an email to [email protected]. Please provide the model and serial number of the device along with the approximate date of install. ioAire will troubleshoot the device at onsite first to determine appropriate next steps. Once the full RMA replacement is approved, ioAire will ship a replacement and the customer will return the defective unit. The customer has 30 days to return the defective unit; if the unit is not received within 30 days, the customer will be charged for the new unit.
